Summary: If you have messaged our Facebook/Instagram page or LINE account and want your data removed, send a request by email or chat. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm back to you.
Conversation messages you sent to our page/account and our replies; your name, profile picture and platform user ID (Page-scoped ID / LINE user ID); and labels, notes and contact history our staff recorded in the inbox.

Note: order, receipt and accounting records that we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax invoices) are retained for the statutory period but are no longer linked to your social account.
1) Email dev@lassiedecor.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send "Delete my data" in the same chat (Facebook Messenger / Instagram / LINE @lassiedecor). 2) Include the name you use on the platform and the channel you contacted us through so we can locate your records. 3) We acknowledge within 7 days, complete deletion within 30 days, and send a confirmation through the same channel.

You can also remove the connection from Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select "Lassie Decor ERP" and remove it. Facebook then forwards a deletion request to us automatically.
