สรุปสั้น ๆ: ระบบ ERP นี้เป็นระบบภายในของบริษัท ใช้โดยพนักงานที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น ลูกค้าที่ทักแชทมาที่เพจ Facebook/Instagram หรือ LINE ของเรา ไม่ต้องสมัครหรือใช้งานระบบนี้โดยตรง

Summary: This ERP is an internal system used only by authorized staff of LASSIE DECOR CO., LTD.. Customers who message our Facebook/Instagram pages or LINE account never sign up for or use this system directly.

1. ขอบเขตของบริการ / Scope

ระบบนี้ใช้เพื่อบริหารงานขาย สต็อก บุคคล บัญชี และรวมข้อความจากลูกค้า (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) มาให้ทีมงานตอบกลับจากที่เดียว ผ่าน API ทางการของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม

The system manages sales, inventory, HR, accounting, and unifies customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, LINE and marketplaces into one inbox for our staff, using each platform's official APIs.

2. ผู้ใช้งานระบบ / Users

ผู้ใช้งานคือพนักงานของบริษัทที่ได้รับบัญชีและสิทธิ์จากผู้ดูแลระบบ
ผู้ใช้ต้องรักษารหัสผ่าน/PIN เป็นความลับ และรับผิดชอบการกระทำภายใต้บัญชีของตน
ห้ามนำข้อมูลลูกค้าออกจากระบบไปใช้นอกวัตถุประสงค์การบริการลูกค้า

Users are company employees granted accounts by an administrator. Users must keep credentials confidential, are responsible for actions under their account, and may not use customer data outside customer-service purposes.

3. การใช้งานร่วมกับแพลตฟอร์มภายนอก / Third-party platforms

การเชื่อมต่อกับ Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LINE และ marketplace อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น ๆ ด้วย เราใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้รับตามที่ระบุใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว เท่านั้น

Integrations with Meta, LINE and marketplaces are also governed by those platforms' terms. We use received data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. สิทธิ์ของลูกค้า / Customer rights

ลูกค้าสามารถขอดู แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลที่เราเก็บจากการสนทนาได้ทุกเมื่อ ดูขั้นตอนที่ การลบข้อมูลผู้ใช้

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold from conversations at any time. See Data Deletion.

5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด / Limitation of liability

ระบบให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" เราพยายามให้ระบบพร้อมใช้งานและปลอดภัย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงัก และไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้ระบบ

The system is provided "as is". We strive for availability and security but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด / Changes

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ โดยจะแสดงวันที่มีผลไว้ด้านบนของหน้านี้

We may update these terms; the effective date is shown at the top of this page.

7. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ / Governing law

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
